Welcome to FHLBank San Francisco’s Community Investment Portal

Our new portal is designed to simplify and streamline your user experience as a participant in the Bank’s grant programs by:

  • Creating a central location for self-service grant management, with guided workflows
  • Providing a historical thread of information and archive of documents exchanged
  • Reducing time spent uploading and tracking submitted documents
At this time, the portal is only available to our WISH Program member users. Over the next year we will be adding functionality for our other programs.
